HealthKit data is used only to display and track your plank sessions inside the App.

• HealthKit data is not sold.
• HealthKit data is not shared with third parties.
• HealthKit data is stored on-device and accessed only with your permission.

Local App Data

The App stores session information locally on your device, such as:

• Plank session times
• Personal bests
• Settings and preferences

How We Use Information

We use data only to provide the App’s core functionality (timers, progress, and summaries) and to improve stability.

Data Storage & Security

• Data is stored locally on your device.
• If you use Apple’s device backups (e.g., iCloud backup), Apple may include app data in your backup under Apple’s controls.
• We do not operate external servers for storing your HealthKit data.

Third-Party Services

Plank App does not integrate third-party advertising SDKs or third-party analytics.

Your Choices

• You can grant or revoke Health permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
• You can delete the App to remove locally stored data.

Children’s Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Data is limited to fitness tracking features enabled by the user.
